Your host
Movement has always been my language. Before yoga, I was performing on West End stages, dancing across the world and chasing a life fuelled by passion, but also approval.
Then yoga found me. One laid-back, no-pressure class changed everything: no mirrors, no expectations, just breath, movement and a chance to tune in.
I don't believe you have to talk in riddles or sit in silence for hours to feel better. I believe in showing up as you are, finding balance between effort and ease, and feeling good in your body again.
My retreats are open, grounded and full of heart. I use music, my voice and real talk to guide you through, and I always meet you exactly where you are.
With love,
Nicola x

Absolutely, most of our guests do. Book a twin room and we'll pair you with another lovely woman (in the rare case we can't, the room becomes yours and we'd just ask you to cover the difference to the private rate), or take a private room and join the group whenever you like. We also open a WhatsApp group before the retreat, so by the time you land, you won't be arriving among strangers.
Not at all. Mornings are energising, think flowing vinyasa or mat Pilates, depending on your retreat. Evenings are slow, soulful yin, with breathwork and meditation woven through the week. Every session has ways to soften or deepen, so it works whether it's your very first class or your thousandth.
Your stay in the villa, daily practice, chef-cooked brunches and dinners, the welcome circle, island hike, private boat tour through the blue caves, and a small group of women you'll actually get to know. Mats and all equipment are waiting at the villa, and we'll send a packing list before you travel. Not included: flights, transfers and travel insurance.
Always. When you book, you'll fill in a short form covering anything you can't or don't eat, and our chef builds the menus around the whole group. Four years in, there hasn't been a requirement we couldn't look after beautifully.
The villa itself is an alcohol-free space. It's a big part of why the week feels the way it does, and most guests tell us they barely notice. When we head out for dinner at a local restaurant, you're very welcome to enjoy a glass of wine with the group.
A 30% deposit secures your room, with the balance due 6 weeks before your retreat begins (booking within 6 weeks, full payment is taken at booking). With such a small group, your room is genuinely held for you from the moment you book, so payments are non-refundable. But if you can no longer come and we're able to fill your space, we'll happily transfer what you've paid to a later retreat, subject to availability. We'd always recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, just in case.
